The monitoring software sends and e-mail to our engineers and can prevent down time. The monitor tells us if your servers are online, running too slowly or if a key component is down or nonoperational. Our monitor system covers Microft servers, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, backup software, web mail, web sites and virtually any key component on your network. AQ Technologies also monitors servers hands-on routinely to catch what the software cannot. This ensures that event logs on your equipment look good, your servers are kept current with service packs and your security software is active and up to date.
